Millions!! We already have between 100000 and 1000000 different bacterias living in stomachs that don’t normally cause us any problems. The body can adapt to fight multiple infections at once but when we have different infections going on it takes longer to recover because we can only generate white blood cells at a certain rate so we have to wait a while for the number of cells to build up.
