• Question: I learnt that if a vaccine is weakened pathogens that will help you to increase production of the anti-bodies when you catch one of these diseases. but then why is it that once you catch malaria then if comes back over and over again?

      That is not necessarily true about malaria, people can become fully recovered from it. There are lots of diseases that do come back again and again though and these are caused by the body fighting the pathogen and then it going into hiding so the body thinks it has got rid of it and then it starts up again. This is especially true of the herpes simplex virus (HSV)
