• Question: Apart from white blood cells, what else helps in the immune system?

      There are other cells involved such as the skin cells and the cells that make up the lining of our stomach. They play a huge part in protecting us from pathogens. It is only the white blood cells that actually fight the infection though the other cells act as more of a prevention than a cure 🙂
