• Question: Are there only two types of white blood cells?

      No there are lots of different types. We have lymphocytes and phagocytes but then there are lots of different types of lymphocyte and also of phagocytes. I don’t think anybody really knows how many different types there are because some of them act similarly even though they are actually probably not the same cell type.
