Team work is very very important. It is very rare to see published research with a single author. Usually it is a team and on some papers the author lists are massive as part of big worldwide collaborations. It is also fun being part of a team and collaborating with people gives you the chance to see how other people and labs work

I think is very important. Even if scientific research is quite a solitary work, it is always essential to ask for help to other scientists, compare opinions and results in order to improve. It is very difficult to work on your own, normally scientific projects are carried on by a group of people. Cheers Anjalo!

      Hi Anjalo,

I think it is crucial to be a team-player in science. There are often times when you are working alone for long periods of time, but there is always the opportunity to learn from other co-workers, and also a huge part of being a scientist to me is training the next younger generation, so teaching skills in the lab to others.

      Cheers!

      Carmen
