Yes, there is a whole range of molecules and cell types that are regulated with circadian clock (like flowers opening during the day and closing during the night) and the immune system cells are one of them. If this clock is altered, for example with lack of sleep or because a jet lag, these cells won’t function as well than when the clock is working perfectly. Cheers!
