      Hi 263sysb44,

I am a research fellow working in the lab most everyday. My project is concerned with glycoconjugate vaccine development, specifically using protein-glycan coupling technology (PGCT) in E. coli. We are currently focused on using glycoengineering tools to develope subunit vaccines against human pathogens Francisella tularensis and Coxiella burnetti. I also continue to study Burkholderia, with current interests including glycosylation systems and adhesion mechanisms.
