Although there is extremely low chance that anybody in UK catches ebola, if someone has been in contact with somebody infected with ebola and thinks they may have been infected as well, I think the first and immediate thing would be to go to the doctor and talk to them about this posibility. There, you will be set in quarantine, to lower the risk for the rest of the people and a blood test will be done to diagnose ebola.
But I must encourage that the risk is extremely low!
      Cheers!

Agree with what Laura said, but in general beginning symptoms would be fever, feeling poorly at first just general symptoms. The doctor would need to know if you had been in contact with anyone who might have been infected or what your travelling in recent times had been!
