Food such as fruit and vegetables boost your immune system because they contain lots of vitamins and minerals, which are very important for the correct functioning of cells. Some enzymes to act need vitamins and minerals for example, and if they are missing these enzymes just don’t work as well or don’t work at all. Cheers sparkels!

Good amounts of fresh fruit and veg will provide metabolites and intermediates for important pathways. Potassium, magnesium, etc…are all essentials for our enzymes in our bodies to function to promote healthy cells (including white blood cells)
      Cheers!
