      That is something that if explained fully would take weeks so here is a quick summary.

      We need different cells to do different things so some cells in the kidney help filter waste out of the blood and brain cells allow us to think.

      Cells divide and when they divide some of the cells switch on and off different genes that produce different proteins to change the shape, size and function of the cells.
